Closing lock

Repair ring

Shackle

Repair

If required, cut out any broken rings.

Fit a repair ring in it’s place in the tread net. Push the
connecting part over the repair ring.

Drive the securing pin fully in to the connecting part using
a hammer.

Attention

Any unauthorised modification of the chain will invalidate the
warranty and no claim can be made by the buyer. Should any
modifications be carried out, care must be taken to ensure that
there is sufficient space between the chain and the vehicle,
especially between the inside of the chain and any suspension
parts! Insufficient clearance could result in serious damage to
the machinery.

For personal safety always wear protective glasses when
working with connecting locks and shackles.
