To remove the rope
Slide the device up the ropes and disengage the cams using the safety
catches.
Each time the device is installed onto the ropes,
verify that it jams.
To maneuver in a tree
and use branches for
anchoring purposes,
specifi c training in tree
care is essential.
The ASCENTREE is
designed to be used
with both hands.
STOP
Ascending the rope

Pull the safety catches down and hook them on the frame of the
device. The cams are thus held open.
Put the ropes in place. Pay attention to the Up/Down indicator.
Unhook the safety catches so that the cams press against the ropes.
Connect your lanyard to the lower hole with a locking carabiner.
