Troubleshooting
The Receiver Collar
has to be held on
top of the Boundary
Wire to activate.
• Make sure Receiver Collar is turned on and
Battery Status Lights are flashing every 4-5
seconds
• Charge Receiver Collar
• The beep may be difficult to hear in a noisy
environment.
• Adjust Boundary Width Control knob
clockwise to increase the distance from
the Boundary Wire that the Receiver Collar
activates. Verify the Boundary Control Switch
is placed at the proper setting according to
the amount of Boundary Wire used.
• If the Receiver Collar still has to be held
on top of the Boundary Wire, refer to the
