Intelligent Cat Flap to new versions by connecting to the Cat Flap Computer Application (see
“Connecting Cat Flap to Computer” in Installation Guide) New versions may be released periodically to make improvements or enhancements to
the Cat Flap (similar to a mobile phone), without the need to purchase a new Cat Flap After connecting to the Cat Flap Computer Application, click
on the “Updates” page to see what firmware version is on your Cat Flap, the latest firmware version available and to download any updates

Intelligent Cat Flap has a unique Serial Number which identifies your Cat Flap This number
is needed during product registration to use the Cat Flap Computer Application and may be needed by
our Customer Care Centre during any calls for product assistance The Serial Number can be found on the
About screen (see “About”) or on a label located inside the Battery Compartment (see “Features, Controls
and Indicators” in Installation Guide)
