Warranty information
We offer our end customers a 24-month
manufacturer’s warranty. It begins with
the purchase of the product by the end
customer and is valid within the Federal
Republic of Germany.
Claims based on this warranty must be
reported directly to our central customer
service department while submitting the
receipt.
Damages due to normal wear and tear,
improper use, failure to comply with the
decalcification instructions, lack of care,
frost damages and transport damages
due to improper packaging are not co-
vered by the warranty.
The end customer also has legal defect
claims for the product vis-a-vis his/her
direct vendor/dealer in addition to the
warranty claims provided here. Such
claims are not limited by the warranty we
provide.
Disposing of the machine
This product may not be dispo-
sed of in the normal household
garbage once it has outlived
its purpose. Instead it must be
deposited at a collection point for the
recycling of electrical and electronic
appliances.
The work materials can be reused as
marked. Through the reuse, recycling of
materials or another form of recovery of
old appliances, you are making a con-
siderable contribution to protecting our
environment.
Please ask your local administration for
the competent disposal facility.
