4.2.2 Food analysis
This module includes more than 50 methods of food analysis: nitrite, sulfur
dioxide, formaldehyde, cyanide and peroxide value, etc.
User can also customize dedicated test methods (under "quantitative
measurement" mode).
Ordinary procedure of <food safety>: select measuring methods-select
measuring module-measure sample-save data-check data-print data. (Refer
to<instruction manual of food safety analysis> for more information).
Fig4-9 is the method-selection interface of <food safety>.
