Chapter 6 Instrument maintenance 

6.1 Maintenance cautions 

 

The main unit and accessories should be put into a convenient box and be 

locked for transportation.   

 

The immerging probe should be cleaned with distilled water and be covered 

with a rubber cap after the operation. After long-time use, the inner surface 

of the probe maybe has some filth. Remove the tip of the probe and clean it 

with a alcoholic cotton tack. It should avoid dust covering the surface of the 

reflecting mirror after the fiber probe is used. 

 

If the operation is not done for a long time, please turn off the power supply 

of the lamp to save the battery energy.   

 

After the charging is finished (the indicator is off), please turn off the power 

supply, to ensure the battery life and the safety of the instrument.   

 

Temperature range: operation environment is 5-30

℃

 and store
