Note: in accordance with the reference standard, the appliance must be replaced after 5
years from installation (see chap. 5.u) and the replacement date indicated in the space
provided on the front of the box, as shown below (fig. 20).

Select the adhesive label corresponding to the month of installation (replacement) (e.g.
January = 01, October = 10), remove from the backing sheet and fix it to the appliance.

Select the label corresponding to the year of replacement (e.g.: Year of installation 2015 + 5
years: fix the label 2020), remove from the backing sheet and fix.
!
Record the date of installation, manufacture, replacement, installation area, contractor stamp
and signature in the spaces provided alongside.
