Routine maintenance

Replace it with the aperture you require.

Slide the aperture back into position.

Replace and tighten the screw head. Use your fingers to do this, not any
tool.

Close the instrument lid.

Note!

If errors occur with the aperture, you should check that the aperture is

correctly installed. There is a possibility that the aperture block did not go
far enough into its place when the screw was tightened.

Changing a tip mount

Open the instrument lid and the dispenser unit lid..

To remove the existing tip mount, first loosen the brass screw and then pull
out the tip mount.
