AIR CONDITIONER FEATURES

Before you begin, thoroughly familiarize yourself with the control panel and remote control and all its

functions, then follow the symbol for the functions you desire. 

The unit can be controlled by the unit control panel alone or with the remote control.

MODE select button

Selects the appropriate operating mode. Each time 

you press the button, a mode is selected in a 

sequence that goes from AUTO, COOL, DRY, FAN    

and HEAT (on models with heating function). The 

mode indicator light illuminates under the different 

mode settings.

   

FAN button

Control the fan speed. Press to select the fan speed 

in three steps - LOW, MED, HI and AUTO. The fan 

speed indicator light illuminates under different fan 

settings except AUTO speed. When AUTO fan speed 

is selected, all of the fan indicator lights go dark.

   

SWING button

When the operation is ON, press the 

SWING button can stop the louver at

the desired angle. The louver swing up

to an angle of 6

O

 for each press. Keep 

pressing the button more than 2 seconds 

can initiate the auto swing feature.

   

TIMER button

Used to initiate the AUTO ON start time and AUTO 

OFF stop time program, in conjuction with the 

 & 

 buttons.

 

   

SLEEP button

Used to initiate the SLEEP operation.

   

POWER button

Power switch on/off.

 

   

LED Display

Shows the set temperature in "

O

C" or "

O

F" and 

the Auto-timer settings. While on DRY and FAN

modes, it shows the room temperature.

UP (

) and DOWN (

) buttons

Used to adjust (increase/decrease) temperature 

settings (2°F/1°C increments) in a range of 62°F 

(17°C) to 88°F (30°C) or the TIMER setting in a 

range of 0-24 hrs. 

 

NOTE:

 The control is capable of displaying 

temperature in degrees Fahrenheit or degrees 

Celsius. To convert from one to the other, press and 

hold the Up and Down buttons at the same time for 

3 seconds.

   

FOLLOW ME indicator

To activate the FOLLOW ME feature, the

indicator light flashes.
