Warranty
Fuchs manufactures its hardware products according to standard practices of the industry.
Fuchs guarantees that its products are free of material and processing errors provided the products are
used under the normal operating conditions specified by the manufacturer. The warranty applies only to the original
owner and cannot be transferred to third parties. All accompanying exclusions of liability, restrictions, and other
conditions of this section apply to this warranty.
Exclusions of liability
No warranty received or granted here shall apply to products that
• Have been repaired or modified or tampered with, unless it was done by or with the approval of Fuchs
• Have not been maintained in accordance with the instructions for operation and handling provided by Pep-
perl+Fuchs
• Have been exposed to unusual physical or electrical loads, immersed in liquids or exposed to any of the following
circumstances:
• Electrical breaking
• Crushing
