FUNCTIONS OF THE MONITOR ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INSERTING BATTERIES
• Insert two 1.5 V AA batteries into the battery compartment on the back (after each battery change, all values
will be „0”).
FUNCTIONS
• SCAN: press the button to enter SCAN mode, all functions of TIME--SPD--DIST--CAL--ODO--PUL will be automa-
tically displayed on the main screen
• EXERCISE TIME (TIME): calculate the exercise time, set between 00:00--99:59
• DISTANCE (DIST): calculation of the distance covered, set from 0,0--999,9,
• CALORIES (CAL): calories burned ( 0.0-9999)

• SPEED (SPEED): shows the athlete’s current speed, set to 0.0--999.9 km/mile/hour.
• ODOMETER (ODO): measures the distance travelled in units of time (0-9999 km)
• HEART RATE (PUL): instantaneous heart rate, 40-240 times/minute,

• RESET: press and hold the button for about 3 seconds, all values reset to „0
WARNING:
• Be sure to insert the batteries correctly.
• Always remove discharged batteries from the product.
• Do not use old and new batteries in the product at the same time.
• Always dispose of spent batteries separately from household waste and at the appropriate collection points.
