Fill in the information about the wire and the

D.I.Wire hardware setup and click BEGIN

when ready to move on.

PROFILE DEFINITION

Red* fields are required, others are optional

Creating a Material Profile

Clamp Torque affects the Material Profile.

Use the preset torque wrench or record torque using a digital

torque wrench.

To determine the Bend and Feed Velocities for the

material being used, see Pensalabs.com for a

reference guide.
