Troubleshooting
If you are unable to connect the Bluetooth keyboard to a computer, or the keyboard is working
in an unconventional fashion. Please follow the steps below:
1.
Before you install your Bluetooth keyboard, make sure that you have gone through the
Bluetooth Dongle installation procedure on your computer, and that the Bluetooth facility
is turned on within the operating system.
2.
Press the Power and Connect button for about 5 seconds until the power light has come on
and then started flashing blue, to indicate that the keyboard is advertising itself via
Bluetooth.
3.
Make sure that the keyboard is within the effective operation distance of 10 meters.
4.
Make sure that there has been no change to the Bluetooth settings. If anything has
changed, try re-pairing the keyboard.
