El Cargador de mantenimiento (No. de CAT. 3760T) dura
aproximadamente 10 horas para cargar una pila totalmente
descargada. El hecho de dejar la linterna en el cargador no
presenta el riesgo de sobrecargar el conjunto de pilas.
REMOCIÓN Y REEMPLAZO DE LA BANDEJA DE PILAS
Nota: la bandeja de pilas sale rápidamente de la base de la interna y
podría caer al piso si el usuario no pone la mano debajo de la bandeja.

Sostenga la linterna con una mano y ponga la otra
debajo de la base.
2.
Empuje la bandeja de pilas dentro de la linterna y,
al mismo tiempo, presione el botoncito negro que
se encuentra en el centro del orificio del sujeta-
dor, detrás de la lente. Suelte la bandeja.
3.
Hale la bandeja para sacarla de la
linterna y vuelva a
colocar el conjunto de
pilas a la inversa.
REEMPLAZO DE LA BOMBILLA
1. Desenrosque el ensamblaje
de la lente.
2. Quite el reflector.
3. Quite la bombilla quemada.
4. Ponga una bombilla nueva en el casquillo.
5. Ponga el reflector sobre el vidrio de la bombilla y en la brida.
6. Vuelva a colocar el ensamblaje de la lente.

arrives with the battery pack partially charged. Before use, charge
the flashlight for at least 24 hours. Maximum battery burn time (2.0 hours)
will be reached once the battery pack has gone through several charge-
discharge cycles. The Fast Charger (CAT. #3760F) takes approximately
2.5 hours to charge a fully discharged battery. Once the battery has been
charged, the charger will continue to trickle charge the battery pack to
ensure maximum capacity.
The Trickle Charger (CAT. #3760T) takes approximately 10 hours to charge
a fully discharged battery. Leaving the flashlight in the charger presents no
danger of overcharging the battery pack.

turn on the flashlight. To turn off
the flashlight, press the
switch button.
ATTACHING THE
POWER CORD
Before attempting to charge the flashlight, the power cord plug should be
installed into the socket located on the underside of the charger base. Once
the plug is installed, push the cord into the channel.
FLASHLIGHT CHARGING
(FAST CHARGING)
• Slide the flashlight into the front bay of the charger with the lens facing out.
Push the flashlight down until latched in place. The front set of LEDs will
begin to flash red indicating that the flashlight is rapid charging.
• Once the battery pack is charged, the front LEDs will turn to solid green.

To remove the flashlight, push the latch forward and remove the flashlight.
Note: A flashing green LED indicates that there is a charging problem.
Remove the flashlight and clean the charging contacts. If a further
attempt to charge the flashlight results in flashing green LEDs, return
both the flashlight and charger to Pelican Products for repair under our
Unconditional Lifetime Warranty Policy.
FLASHLIGHT CHARGING
(TRICKLE CHARGING)
• Slide the flashlight into the front bay of the charger with the lens
facing out. Push the flashlight down until latched in place.
The LEDs will turn solid red indicating charging is in progress.
• To remove the flashlight, push the latch forward and remove the
flashlight.
Note: If the LEDs do not turn on when the flashlight is inserted,
remove and clean the charging contacts.
OPTIONAL SPARE BATTERY CHARGING
The charger base has a rear bay for trickle charging
a spare battery pack.
• Slide the battery pack into the rear bay so
that the base of the pack is at the top and
the batteries are facing towards the
flashlight-charging bay.
The LEDs will turn solid red indicating
charging is in progress.
• To remove the battery pack, push the latch
forward and remove the battery pack.

BATTERY TRAY REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
NOTE: The battery tray ejects rapidly from the flashlight base
and may fall to the ground if the user does not
position a hand underneath the tray.
1. Hold the flashlight in one hand and place
another under the base.
2. Push the battery tray into the flashlight
and simultaneously press the small
black button located in the center
of the clip hole, behind the lens.
Release the tray.
3. Pull the tray out
of the flashlight
and replace the
battery pack in
reverse order.
LAMP REPLACEMENT
1. Unscrew the lens assembly.
2. Remove the reflector.
3. Remove the burned out lamp.
4. Insert a new lamp into the socket.
5. Place the reflector over the lamp glass and onto the flange.
6. Replace the lens assembly.

The charger base is approved to NFPA vehicular mounting specifications.
It is recommended that the charger be mounted onto a horizontal surface
to prevent accidental ejection of the flashlight. The charger can be secured
via the three countersunk 3/16

diameter holes located at the bottom of
the front and rear charging bays. Flathead screws are required, as normal
heads will interfere with the flashlight latching.
A professional auto electrician should be used to wire the charger into the
electrical system of a vehicle. Connect the charger to the electrical system
of the vehicle so that there is no ignition-related interrupt as this will
prevent the charger from rapidly charging the battery pack unnecessarily.
When the battery pack is charged, the current draw from the charger in
trickle mode will not excessively drain the vehicle’s battery.

O-RING MAINTENANCE
Check closely for cuts, scratches, or otherwise damaged o-ring or mating
lens lip surface. Remove any dirt or foreign matter from o-ring sealing
surfaces. Keep threads, o-ring groove and inside lip of lens lubricated with
silicone grease. See Warranty information for replacement of o-ring.
