Folding down the grill element
The uppermost grill element can be folded downwards to enable easier
cleaning of the oven space. First remove the oven rack and/or the
baking tray and the guide rails.
Disconnect the appliance from the power mains. The heater must be
cool; otherwise, there is danger of burns.
1. Pull the heater until the cross bar is released from the supports on
the left and right hand side of the oven cavity.

Never use the heater when folded/lowered.
2. After cleaning, observe the same procedure in the reverse order to
push back the heater until the cross bar snaps back into place.
