Recommendation
Use an antistatic suction hose. This helps to reduce the electrical charge.
8. Work with the machine
8.1 Observe the following instructions:
- The sanding capacity and quality are mainly dependent on the choice of the right sanding paper.
- Hold the machine with two hands, one on the motor housing and one on the gear head.
8.2 Sanding work:
9000 - 10 000 rpm:
Sanding with max. grinding effect
Sanding of old paint
Sanding of wood and veneered surface before painting
Intermediate sanding of painted surfaces
8000-9000 rpm
Sanding thinly applied undercoat
Sand wood with sanding cloth
Edge breaking on wooden parts
Smoothing of primed wood surfaces
7000-8000 rpm
Sanding of solid wood and veneered edges
Sanding of windows and doors
Intermediate sanding of lacquered edges
Easy sanding of natural wooden windows with sanding cloth
Smoothing of wooden surfaces with a sanding cloth before staining
Rub or remove excess limestone residue with a sanding cloth
6000-7000 rpm
Intermediate sanding of varnish on colored surfaces
Cleaning of wooden windows of natural wood with sandpaper
Risk of injury: Always secure the workpiece in such a way that it cannot move when processing.
