5.0 Operation
The blade cuts on a continuous stroke.
With both hands, hold the workpiece firmly on the
table and slowly feed it against the blade. Keep
your hands away from the blade. For best results,
the blade must be sharp. A dull blade does not cut
correctly, especially when cutting straight and
causes extra pressure on the rear guide bearing.
Choose the right blade for the job, depending on
the thickness of the wood and the cut to be made.
The thinner and harder the wood, the finer the teeth
on the blade is needed. Use a fine-tooth blade for
sawing contours.
6.0 Maintenance
WARNING! BEFORE CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE
WORK, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE
POWER SUPPLY. NEVER USE WATER OR OTHER
LIQUIDS TO CLEAN THE MACHINE. USE A BRUSH.
Regular maintenance of the machine will prevent
unwanted problems.
Keep the table clean to ensure accurate cutting/
sawing.Keep the outside of the machine clean to
ensure the accuracy of all moving parts and to
prevent excessive wear. Keep the air vents on the
engine clean to prevent overheating. Keep the
inside (near the saw blade, etc.) clean to prevent
dust from gathering.
7.0 Wiring Diagram
WARNING! This machine must be grounded.
Replacement of the mains cable must only be done by a qualified electrician.
