Installing the machine head

(table-mounted type)

Always turn off the power, unplug the machine and

then well-qualified technicians should install the machine.

1.

Firmly Install the machine head onto the machine rest
bracket by referring to the illustration.  Check there is
no play and/or clearance after this installation.

2.

Place the V belt.  Approximately 2cm deflection should
be obtained by pressing the middle of the V belt with
9.8N (1kgf).  To achieve this deflection adjust the posi-
tion of the machine motor.
