Problem

Überprüfen

Lösung

Kein Ton (Betriebslampe leuchtet nicht).

Ist der Strom eingeschaltet?
Ist das Netzkabel in eine funktionierende 
Steckdose gesteckt?

Schalten Sie den Strom ein.
Stecken Sie das Netzkabel in eine 
stromführende Steckdose.

Kein Ton (Betriebslampe leuchtet).

Sind MASTER- und CHANNEL-LEVEL-Regler 
aufgedreht?

Drehen Sie MASTER- und CHANNEL-
LEVEL-Regler auf den gewünschten 
Pegel hoch. Überprüfen Sie die 
Lautsprecheranschlüsse. Schalten Sie das 
Mikro ein. Überprüfen Sie die Mikro- oder 
Schallquellenanschlüsse.

Systembrummen

Sind alle Anschlüsse am Messenger™ und den 
an den Messenger angeschlossenen Geräten 
korrekt geerdet?
Sind alle Anschlüsse richtig angeschlossen?
Sind alle Verbindungskabel außer den 
Lautsprecherkabeln geschirmt?
Tritt Systembrummen auf, wenn das Mikro 
berührt wird?

Drehen Sie die Lautstärke an allen Kanälen 
über das Mischpult nacheinander herunter 
(zuerst bei Kanal 1). So können Sie 
herausfinden, ob das Problem von einer 
externen Audioquelle, etwa einer Störung 
dieser Quelle, oder einer schlechten 
Aufnahme herrührt.
Wir empfehlen, alle an den Messenger 
angeschlossenen Geräte in dieselbe 
Wechselstrom-Mehrfachsteckdose 
anzuschließen.
Tauschen Sie das Mikrofonkabel und/oder das 
Mikro aus.

Es funktioniert nur ein Lautsprecher.

Sind die Lautsprecherkabel richtig 
angeschlossen? 

 

Sind beide MASTER-LEVEL-Regler 
hochgedreht? 

Stecken Sie den Stecker vollständig ein, 
und/oder tauschen Sie die Lautsprecherkabel 
zwischen rechten und linken Lautsprechern 
und Ausgängen, um beschädigte Kabel zu 
ermitteln. 

Lautes Heulen oder Quietschen aus den 
Lautsprechern.
(Audioprofis bezeichnen dies als „Feedback“.)

Verschwindet es, wenn die CHANNEL- oder 
MASTER-Lautstärkeregler heruntergedreht 
werden, handelt es sich um akustisches 
Feedback.
Schauen Sie unter „Verhindern von 
akustischem Feedback“ und „Einsatz des 
Graphik-EQs“ in diesem Handbuch nach.

Verringern Sie die Mikrolautstärke. 
Positionieren Sie das Mikro hinter den 
Lautsprechern oder weiter davon weg. 
Beobachten Sie die FLS-Lampe über dem 
EQ, und verringern Sie den Pegel dieses 
Bands.

Der Klang ist verzerrt.

Steht der CHANNEL LEVEL auf einer sehr 
hohen Einstellung?

Drehen Sie CHANNEL LEVEL herunter und 
MASTER LEVEL herauf.
