Verifying and Troubleshooting Connections
The following steps verify the data connections between the STB and TV. These instructions assume
you have followed the previous connection and TV setup sections of this manual.
1. Power the Set Top Box.
2. Power the interface module.
3. Power the TV.
4. Examine the front mounted status lights on the PD295-002 interface module. It contains a Power
status light, a Set Top Box (STB) status light and a TV status light. Each light will turn green
when properly connected.
5. A dark (Off) status light indicates a problem. Blinking indicates data transfer.
NOTE: Please review “The TV does not control the STB” in the “Troubleshooting” section and “Flash
Power LED” in Setup for additional connection troubleshooting help.

certain data cable is connected to the TV’s CCI port, not MTI or Ethernet
port.

. Verify TV standby power is set to “normal” and “Pro:Idiom” is set to “MTI Port”.
