4.1 Before a baking cycle
Before starting a baking cycle you must preheat the oven.
To do so, proceed as follows:
The oven has been started up.
Front doors and dampers are closed.
Select the preheating temperature, it must exceed the temperature of the
product to be baked by 30 to 50°C (see section 4.2 Recommendations for
use).
Wait until the oven reaches the set temperature.
The temperature rise time for RUBIS ovens varies between 40 and 50
minutes, depending on the version and the desired temperatures.
Wait 10 minutes before loading the oven.
Then reduce the temperature again to a value corresponding to the
product to be baked.
Your oven is now ready.
