Performance test
Set the shade to any setting between 9-13, press the ”TEST” button and check whether the
filter changes from light to dark and then automatically returns to clear state.
Headgear adjustment
Headgear tightness can be adjusted to fit each user with the knob at the back of the head-
gear. Turn right to tighten and left to loosen. Adjust the tightness until the headgear feels
comfortable. Do not use force on the knob as this may damage the tightening mechanism.
Headgear angle can be adjusted by loosening the knobs on the sides of the helmet. Tighten
the knobs after adjustment.
Battery replacement
When the ”LowB” low battery indicator inside the helmet is on, the batteries must be re-
placed. Used batteries must be disposed of according to local regulations.
MAINTENANCE

Use lens paper or a clean, soft cotton cloth to clean the filter.

Use neutral detergent to clean the welding helmet and sweatband.

Never use abrasive detergents, solvents or gasoline to clean the welding helmet or any of
its parts.

Replace the inner or outer cover glass immediately if scratched, cracked, pitted or other-
wise damaged.
