Check that the gas cylinder isn’t empty.
Check all hoses for kinks and bends.
1. Turn all gas flow connections off.
2. Insert an opened paperclip (or similar
item) into each of the burner ports to
clear them out.
Check that all burner ports are free of any
small pieces of fire glass beads, rocks,
lava rocks, ect.
Straighten hose of all bends or kinks.
Check that the gas cylinder isn't empty.
Check that the gas cylinder isn’t empty.

1. Turn control knob to the 'off ' position.
2. Turn the cylinder valve clockwise to stop
and disconnect cylinder from the appliance.
3. Turn control knob to ' high' position and
wait for 1 minute.
4. Turn the control knob back to the 'off '
position.
5. Reconnect appliance to gas cylinder.
6. Follow the lighting instructions.
Turn control knob to 'high' position.
