5.4 Controllo del Sistema
Il sistema CS2100 può essere controllato indifferentemente sia dall’unità
di controllo CL2100-G che da un pc dotato di software CS2100 Manager.
Ogni comando sviluppato da una di queste unità avrà rispondenza diretta
sulla visualizzazione delle altre.
L’unica funzione gestibile solo da pc è l’APPELLO; quando, tramite sof-
tware, si apre una fase di appello, le unità CL2100-G collegate restano
bloccate fino all’ultimazione della procedura.
Per le operazioni di gestione di conferenza e votazione tramite pc, fare
riferimento all’Help del software. Di seguito, vengono descritte le procedure
per la gestione del sistema tramite unità di controllo CL2100-G.
•
Selezione del tipo di conferenza
Premere il tasto
CONF
e selezionare il tipo di conferenza desiderato con
il tastierino numerico:
• tasto 1 = conferenza AUTOMATICA
• tasto 2 = conferenza MANUALE
• tasto 3 = conferenza APERTA
A seconda della modalità di conferenza selezionata, è possibile eseguire
alcune operazioni specifiche:
Conferenza AUTOMATICA
All’attivazione di questa modalità, la conferenza risulta disattiva,
consentendo comunque la formazione di una coda di prenotazioni. Per
attivare la conferenza, premere il tasto
NEXT
: il primo Delegato della
coda viene abilitato alla parola e sul display della CL2100-G appariranno
l’indirizzo dell’oratore abilitato, del prossimo in coda ed il numero di oratori
in attesa. Le stesse indicazioni saranno riportate sul tabellone luminoso.
Sul diplay viene inoltre visualizzato il tempo d’intervento rimanente;
gli ultimi 30 secondi a disposizione dell’oratore vengono segnalati dal
lampeggio di ghiera e led sulla postazione attiva, del led sulla postazione
prossima all’intervento e dalle indicazioni sul tabellone luminoso. Il
passaggio da un oratore al successivo avviene in modo automatico allo
scadere del tempo; tuttavia, premendo il tasto NEXT, è possibile anticipare
il termine dell’intervento riducendolo agli ultimi 30 secondi.
In caso di un intervento prioritario da parte del/i Presidente/i, l’oratore
verrà momentaneamente messo in coda ed il suo tempo residuo congelato.
Durante la conferenza, è possibile attivare dalla CL2100-G una qualsiasi
postazione microfonica, digitandone l’indirizzo sul tastierino numerico e
confermando con il tasto OK; se la postazione richiamata è nella coda,
viene immediatamente eliminata dalla lista delle prenotazioni.
É possibile effettuare più attivazioni in sequenza, con relativo annullamento
della precedente. Se desiderato, è possibile impostare un nuovo tempo di
intervento; per fare ciò, premere il tasto MENU seguito dal tasto 1, digitare
il tempo (un valore tra 1 e 20 minuti) e confermare con il tasto OK.
Se la digitazione è corretta, sul display apparirà la conferma “Tempo
automatico memorizzato” ed il nuovo tempo impostato avrà efficacia
immediata.
In qualsiasi istante è possibile cancellare tutti i parametri della conferenza
(coda, oratore attivo) tramite la pressione del tasto CANC.
Conferenza MANUALE
All’attivazione della modalità la conferenza risulta disattiva, consentendo
comunque la formazione di una coda di prenotazioni. Per attivare la
conferenza, premere il tasto
NEXT
: il primo Delegato della coda viene
abilitato alla parola e sul display della CL2100-G appariranno l’indirizzo
dell’oratore abilitato, del prossimo in coda ed il numero di oratori in attesa.
Le stesse indicazioni saranno riportate sul tabellone luminoso.
Per questa modalità di conferenza sono valide le indicazioni riportate per la
modalità automatica, ad esclusione del tempo d’intervento: in conferenza
MANUALE infatti, la gestione di questo parametro è completamente a
discrezione del/i Presidente/i, che potrà fissare inizio e fine dei singoli
interventi dei Delegati premendo il tasto NEXT sull’unità di controllo
CL2100.
IMPORTANTE
Quando si passa da conferenza AUTOMATICA o MANUALE
a conferenza APERTA o VOTAZIONE, il sistema mantiene in
memoria la coda di prenotazioni, riproponendola alla successiva
abilitazione di una di queste modalità.
Conferenza APERTA
Per attivare la conferenza, premere il tasto
NEXT
: in questa modalità,
è possibile avere l’abilitazione CONTEMPORANEA di più postazioni
microfoniche.
5.4 System control
The CS2100 system can be controlled either via a CL2100-G control unit or
from a PC using the CS2100 Manager software, whichever is preferred.
The consequences of a command given from one of these will be displayed
on the others. The only function that can only be managed via a PC
is the ROLL-CALL function. When a roll-call is started via the software,
the CL2100-G units connected to the system will be blocked until the
procedure has been completed.
For the procedures for managing conferences and voting sessions via a
PC, refer to the software Help function. The procedures for managing the
system via a CL2100-G control unit are described below.

Conference type selection
Press the
CONF
key and select the required conference type using the
numerical keypad:
• key 1 = AUTOMATIC conference
• key 2 = MANUAL conference
• key 3 = OPEN conference
Depending on which conference mode is selected, it is possible to carry
out several specific operations:
AUTOMATIC conference
When this mode is entered, the conference is not active, but it is possible
to queue to speak. To activate the conference, press the
NEXT
key. The
first Delegate in the queue will be enabled to speak and the address of
the enabled speaker, of the next in the queue and the number of speakers
queued will appear on the display of the CL2100-G. The same information
will appear on the illuminated display panel.
The time still at disposal of the current speaker will also be shown on
the display. During the last 30 seconds, the ring on the microphone and
the LED on the active station will flash, as well as the LED on the next
station in the queue and the indications on the illuminated display panel.
The switch from one speaker to the next takes place automatically when
the time is up. However, it is possible to bring the contribution to an end
before the timeout by pressing the NEXT key, after which 30 seconds
will remain. If the Chairperson takes the floor in the priority mode, the
current speaker will be momentarily queued and the time still at his
disposal frozen. During the conference, it is possible to activate any of the
microphone stations from the CL2100-G by entering its address on the
numerical keypad and pressing OK to confirm the choice. If the station in
question was queued to speak, it will be removed from the queue.
It is possible to activate more than one station in sequence, each of which
cancels the previous one. If required, it is possible to set a new time to
speak by pressing the MENU key followed by “1”. Then enter the time
(between 1 and 20 minutes) and press OK to confirm.
If the entry is made correctly, the message “Automatic time stored”
will appear on the display and the new time limit will be effective
immediately.
It is possible at any time to cancel all the conference parameters (queue,
active speaker) by pressing the CANC key.
MANUAL conference
When this mode is entered, the conference is not active, but it is possible
to queue to speak. To activate the conference, press the
NEXT
key. The
first Delegate in the queue will be enabled to speak, and the address of
the enabled speaker, of the next in the queue and the number of speakers
queued will appear on the display of the CL2100-G. The same information
will be shown on the illuminated display panel. The description provided
for the automatic mode also apply to the manual mode, with the exception
of the speaking time. In the MANUAL mode, this parameter is entirely at
the discretion of the Chairperson(s), who may set the start and the end
of the contribution of the single Delegates by pressing the NEXT key on
the CL2100 control unit.
N.B.:
When switching from the AUTOMATIC or MANUAL conference
mode to the OPEN mode or VOTING, the system continues to
store the queue, which will be resumed as soon as one of these
conference modes is re-activated.
OPEN conference
To activate the conference, press the
NEXT
key. In this mode it is possible
for more than one microphone station to be enabled at the same time.
