2. Maintenance
2.1 Warning
Unplug the appliance or switch off the circuit breaker before carrying out any maintenance operations.
2.2 Metallic anti-grease filter
•
The filter must be washed at least once a month with hot water and non-caustic detergent.
•
It can also be washed in the dishwasher using non-caustic detergent.
•
Open by means of the handles (Fig 1A/B).

2.3 Activated Carbon filters
(Only filtering types) sold aside
The two filters cannot be regenerated, therefore they must be replaced at least once every two months.
Follow the replacing instructions listed below:
•
Disassemble the metal anti-grease filters.
•
Rotate the filter for approx. 90
0
and remove it.
•
For assembly, slide the new filter in the nib on the side of the motor and then rotate it for approx 90
o
(Fig. 2).
