Low pressure connection setup
We recommend that the icountOS is positioned in a safe, stable area, as close as possible to the
system output and only the hose fittings provided are used.
CAUTION: The correct connection methods and safety standards must be applied
when fitting the icountOS onto a pressure system. Please follow the instructions in this
Handbook, or contact Parker Hannifin for advice if in doubt.
CAUTION: If there is any fluid leakage or residue around the inlet or outlet ports, please
clean with an appropriate lint-free cloth and cleaning materials.
Assembling the hose fittings

Locate hoses. Note that the colour of
the hoses supplied may vary.
Remove and store the blanking plugs
(ACC6NN033). Replace the plugs once
testing is complete, to avoid leakage
and external contamination.
Connect
OUTLET
(Ø 4mm) hose
(yellow hose may be supplied). Check
that hose is firmly located.

Connect
INLET
(Ø 6mm) hose. Check
that hose is firmly located.
Press
POWER
switch. Check charge
levels and connect power supply if
necessary (see page 16).
Connect the hoses to an
external drain/hydraulic
system.
