Fitting a replacement door seal

Parts required

ACC6NW016 – Replacement door

seal pack (x5)

Procedure

Open door and remove door seal. Use

isopropanol to clean the inside of the channel

and the inside of the door, removing all traces

of silicone grease.

Using a syringe, apply silicone grease

compound to the base of the channel.

DO NOT apply this to the side walls of the

channel. Use a brush to apply this evenly

over the entire base of the channel.
