Camera switching on/off
1. To switch on the camera device, press power button and hold it for 3 secongs until PARKCITY appears
on the camera screen.
2. The words
PARKCITY will disappear in 2 seconds, the camera will start displaying video in real time.
3. To switch off the device, press power button; the camera will switch off.
4. Automatic shutdown. If the camera is in stanby mode and within 5 minutes no button is pressed, the
camera will be automatically disabled.
5. Automatic shutdown of the display. To prolong the time period between device recharging, the device
has the energy-saving mode. In 2 minutes after the start of recording, the camera will turn off the display
and work only in the video record mode. To turn on the screen, press power button.
6. Shutdown in case of battery discharge. When the battery is discharged, an icon of low level of battery
charge will be displayed on the screen, warning to charge the battery. When the battery charge is very low,
battery indicator will flash on and off; in several seconds the camera will shutdown.
Device operation mode
The device is operating in three modes: photo / video / auto video. Selection of operation mode is
performed by mode switch.
Video recording
1. Insert the memory card into the turned off camera.
2. Switch on the camera.
3. Turn the mode switch in the position untill the screen displays the video mode icon.
4. To start the video recording, touch the LCD screen and push the locking button. To stop the video, press
the locking button.
Note: camera will automatically stop recording when the memory card is full, or when the battery is
discharged.
Photoshooting mode
1. Switch on the camera.
2. Turn the mode switch in the photoshooting position.
3. Point the camera at the object of photography.
4. Adjust the zoom on the screen and press on the centre of the screen to unlock or press the locking button
on the camera body.
Auto video mode
1. Turn the mode switch in the auto video mode position.The following icon will be displayed on the screen.
2. Auto video mode allows video recording to the camera in the course of motion, when the camera is
mounted on the vehicle or the helmet. Under this option of video recording, other functions of recording
are disabled. When recording in the auto video mode, the camera will make video clips 5 minutes long each.
Recording will continue untill the recording is stopped.
