7.1 System LED indications
Color Description Possible actions
Yellow Solid light - System initialization
 Normal indication, no action
required
Light blinks once
 Check RC channels are in their
safe position
 Check RC connector is inserted
properly
Light blinks twice
 Make sure that the drone is level
Light blinks 3 times
 SD card problem, contact
support
Red
System not armed: Parachute
connection test failed
 Make sure that the safety pin is
removed before take off
 Verify that the parachute
connector is connected
correctly. See SmartAir’s back
side socket c on SmartAir

 Otherwise contact Parazero for
further instructions
 Power down the system
After arming: System deployed
 Power down the system
Blue
System is in idle state
Buzzer – short beep
 Arm the system
 Power down the system
Green
System is armed.
Buzzer – long beep
Do not approach or power down
the system when it’s in this state!
 Disarm the system
 Trigger the system
Purple
System is disarmed
Buzzer – double-beep
 Return to idle
 Power down the system
Cyan
Light blinks
Internal test
 Normal indication, no action
required
Orange
Light blinks
Internal test
 Normal indication, no action
required
