19.4 

Overload protection

 

L

While travelling downhill, the generated power is diverted into the storage batteries – the drive 

motors work like a generator in this case. If you have fully charged your PR 35 before travelling 

downhill, the security system switches to emergency stop in order to avoid damage to the electrical 

system (control, electronics, etc.).

Active (triggered) overload protection is indicated by gradual braking until the PR 35 comes to a 

standstill.

19.4.1  Reset the triggered overload protection:

Switch on the power generators, e.g. lighting. The generated excess power is now immediately used again.

The PR 35 is ready for operation again.
