Duration of the warranty extension

The warranty granted by PARAVAN medical GmbH has a term of 5 years. The warranty begins when

the goods are delivered to the buyer.

•

Extent of warranty extension

The warranty includes the repair of all deficiencies and damages of mechanical parts that occurred

within the warranty term and have resulted from construction errors, manufacturing errors or material

deficiencies. In this case PARAVAN medical GmbH will pay for the material costs, repair costs and

transportation costs that are required to restore the device back to its original functioning condition.

The warranty only applies in case of actual deficiencies or damages resulting from construction errors,

manufacturing errors or material deficiencies. If a deficiency cannot be repaired or the repair costs

exceed the present value of the device, compensation for the present value is granted.

•

Exclusion of the warranty extension

The warranty extension does not apply to electronic components, the touch panel, electronic motors

or wear parts (e.g. fan belts, handholds, Velcro tapes) and consumable materials such as merchandize

and accessories that were not manufactured by PARAVAN medical GmbH The warranty also does not

apply to personal damages and consequential damages as well as damages outside of the device.
