12.1 Training analysis

After ending your training, you can evaluate your results
under the menu Training analysis.
The following values will be displayed:
• Training distance (km total): Total covered dis-
tance (active training and passive training)
• Training distance active (km active): Distance
covered with own muscle strength (active training)
• Training duration (total duration): Total training
duration
• Training duration active (active duration): Per
centage of training duration in active training
• Energy (kcal): Expended energy in kcal
• Energy (joule): Expended energy in joule
• Symmetry: Average strain distribution of left and
right side
• Output (watt average): Average of generated
output in watt
• Output (watt max): Maximum of generated output
in watt during training
• Activity index (in %): Percentage of generated
distance with own muscle strength
