REPLACING ULTRA UV LAMPS ONLY
ULTRA UV2 LAMP ASSEMBLY & LAMP PART NUMBERS
1. Complete steps 1 - 4.
2. Carefully remove new lamp(s) from box. Insert lamp(s) into lamp holder, lamp(s) must be aligned and
seated securely in the lamp holder. Roll the black O-ring(s) up onto the ceramic end of lamp from
position A to B, Fig. 8. Gently insert lamps into the lower lamp retainer Fig. 9 and lower lamp assembly
into unit.
3. Reverse order to reconnect the UV lamp(s) into Ultra UV2 unit.
4. Discard lamp(s) appropriately. Visit www.lamprecycle.org for instructions on disposal.
