Paramount 6.85 E Owner’s Manual

Drive Belt Tensioning

Proper belt tensioning ensures that the drive system opperates smoothly and effi-
ciently with out slippage. 

1.

Remove the 6 screws holding the outer upper right 
cover in place. Carefully lift the cover out of the way.

2.

Remove the right rear end cap.

3.

Remove the 3 screws holding the right footrail in place 
and remove the footrail.

4.

Remove the screws holding the right outer cover in 
place and remove the outer cover. These 4 steps are 
also done to service any of the lower electronics asso-
ciated with the elliptical.

5.

Loosen the locking nut using a 3/4’’ [19mm] open end 
wrench.
