Select a Hill Program
Hill Program Menu
Hill Workout Display
1.
Grasp the fixed handrails for stability and step onto the pedals. Begin pedalling
and wait for the display to illuminate. Select

The icon next to the program name gives a general indication of the hill profile.
4.
Input Goal, then press
Enter
. Note that during a hill program the goal cannot be
changed.
5.
Enter the maximum resistance level desired for the workout, then press
Enter
.
The resistance level will vary under control of the program during the workout.
6.
The first portion of the workout will be a warm up. The display of the hill pro-
gram will show the entire workout profile at once with the upcoming hills in blue
and the completed hills in yellow. Once the goal or time has been attained then
the cool down period (as set in the manager’s menu) will begin.
