NO Check to see C117 pin cold solder, broken, short to the other PCB pattern or not :

If you find out any defect, you replace it

2.Check to see J103.2, 3, 6(R116,R117,R118) for wave form : CP127

NO Check to see J104, R116 cold solder, broken, short to the other PCB pattern
