Version 2.03
Using the supplied screws (8pcs M6) and washers, this can be done at the appropriate
points with the assistance of a 6mm Allen key, as shown in the picture instructions below.
For this purpose, the thinner type (M6) of the screws supplied together with the
corresponding washers are used. In addition, it must be noted in this step that the longer
of the supplied M6 type screws, namely those made of stainless steel, must be used for this
purpose!
Important
: The supplied plastic buffers must be inserted between the side rails and the
table top. Only the thicker types (between 4 and 6 mm) of the plastic buffers should be
used if different ones are included in the scope of delivery. Also note that if you have
chosen a V-Top table with a heating version, the screws, washers and plastic buffers
required for mounting the side rails are supplied in screwed-on condition. These must be
unscrewed from the table top accordingly before carrying out the assembly steps
described in this context.
To stabilize and fix the rails, tighten the screws accordingly so that no more shaking of the
rails is possible. Please make sure not to tighten the screws too tightly, otherwise they may
be damaged.
Mounting the top on the base frame (lifting column)
Following the correct threading of the rods (only for flat top version) as well as the correct
top assembly and mounting of the side rails (only for V-Top version) according to the
previous instructions, the table top can now be connected to the base.
For this purpose, the screw holes located on the top of the lifting column (base) are used,
as shown below. Please note that the screws and washers required for this purpose are still
screwed to the base frame when delivered and must be removed accordingly before the
assembly steps described below can be carried out. In the visualization below, the screws
and washers have already been unscrewed.
