RECOMMENDATIONS ON ENERGY SAVING AND PREVENTION OF COOKWARE DAMAGE
•
In order to exclude energy loss, don’t use pans
without covers or with untightly closed covers
during cooking.
•
Arrange cookware exactly in the centre of the gas
ring.
•
Don’t arrange cookware with large dimension near
the control knobs, they can obtain damages from
very high temperature.
•
Never put the cookware directly on the gas ring,
but only on the grate. Before this make sure that
grates are installed correctly.
•
Carefully handle cookware on the cooktop,
prevent shocks and never arrange very heavy
items on it.
•
Don’t remove cookware, if flame continues
burning, it can cause severe injuries.
•
Use cookware of the appropriate size for each gas
ring. Don’t use cookware, which size is less than
size of the gas ring, flame shall not touch the
lateral surfaces of cookware.
•
Use only cookware with correct, flat and thick
bottom. Deformed cookware can turn over.
