OTHER TROUBLE AND ERROES
Trouble shooting
Do not turn on the switch box with the top plate, side plates, or front panel removed from
the welding power source. Magnetic action may cause deformation of the equipment or
displacement/contact of the internal parts. Resulting in destruction of the parts or
deterioration of the functions/performance.
Warning for safety
Prior to troubleshooting, be sure to turn off the switch box and welding machine and make
sure of safety.
Otherwise, it may lead to a serious accident affecting safety or the human body, such as
electric shock or burn.
Caution
After finding out a cause by following the flow
chart, take a remedy according to the relevant
category below.

When the fuse is gone
After eliminating a cause(overload or
short-circuit), replace the fuse with a
specified one, referring to the Parts
List.
When the fuse goes again after turning on
the power, turn off the power and ask our
office for examination/repair.

When the printed circuit board is
defective. Ask our office for
examination/repair.

When any parts other than those above are
defective.
Obtain relevant parts, referring to the
Parts List, and replace with new ones.

When other cause is likely
Correct any defective matters (erroneous
or insecure connection).
