Abnormality
Checking Point
Power switch (MCB) has tripped out.
Contact manufacturer's agent because circuit components may
be broken.
Power lamp does not turn on if power
switch is turned on.
Also, cooling fan does not rotate.
Power supply is not connected.
Fuse in switch box is blown.
Water/Temp/Input
warning
lamp
lights.
Machine is operating at a current and duty cycle above the
rated value.
Flow of torch cooling water is insufficient.
Supply voltage is not suitable.
Supply voltage fluctuates extremely.
Input current warning lamp turns on.
Contact manufacturer's agent in cases other than the above
because of possible main circuit trouble.
Neither high frequency wave nor arc
is generated.
Welding process switch is set for stick welding
Torch switch input is not connected.
Welding use shielding gas is not flowing.
Arc is not generated While high
frequency voltage is generated.
Base metal side cable is not connected or connection is not
effective.
Distance between torch electrode and base metal is too long.
Arc is not generated at stick welding.
Welding process switch is not set at "STICK".
Torch select switch is not set at "AIR".
Shielding gas does not flow.
Welding gas hose is not connected to the machine.
The hose is kinked. . Gas valve is malfunctioning.
Shielding gas keeps flowing and does
not stop.
Gas check switch is set at "Check".
Gas post flow time is too long.
Gas valve malfunction
