The digital processing color camera shall be a Panasonic Model WV-CP230 or equivalent. The camera shall feature a

transfer CCD pickup device with 380,000 [768(H) x 494(V)] pixels with a microlens on each pixel. The camera shall produce a horizontal
resolution of 480 lines and a signal-to-noise ratio of 50dB with 1H enhancement. The camera’s Digital Signal Processing (DSP) shall
minimize aliasing and feature advanced digital back light compensation (BLC). The camera’s Automatic Gain Control (AGC) shall
provide clear images in low light conditions. The camera shall display useable color pictures at a scene illumination of 2 lux (f/1.4). The
camera synchronization shall be internal, line-lock (phase adjustable) and VD2 (vertical drive lock). The video signal shall be
transmitted up to 3000' over coaxial cable (Belden 9259 or equivalent), when used with the Panasonic model WJ-FS616/WV-PB6164
multiplexer with control kit, Matrix System 500, Matrix System 850 and single camera controller, model WV-CU151. The camera lens
mount configuration shall accept both C- and CS-mount lenses, as well as both DC and video control voltage for ALC servo lenses, and
feature Electronic Light Control (ELC) (equivalent to continuous variable shutter speed between
