Introduction

When using this device, configure a control system satisfying the following requirements to estab

lish a system-wide safety.

To use in Category 4 or 3

●

To prevent the loss of the safety function due to a single fault.

Be sure to use control output (OSSD 1 / 2) of two systems.

●

To prevent the loss of the safety function due to accumulation of faults.

Configure a control system that can monitor the control output (OSSD 1 / 2) and stop the de

vice if discrepancy is detected.
