Creating and Deleting Folders
Creating folders and placing related documents in them is a good method of keeping documents organized.
Click
Click the folder in which you want to create the
new folder.
The display of the selected folder will be
highlighted.
From the menu, select
File
New Folder
.
Click
Enter a name for the
folder.
Click
The
Create New Folder
dialog box will appear.
Enter a name for the folder and click the
OK
button.
Check the new folder.
The new folder is created.
NOTE
Create a new folder easily by right clicking
You can also create a new folder by right clicking on the folder in which you would like to create.

in the shortcut menu.
