Manager/Secretary working ...........................................................

Manager Secretary working groups are set by the system programming.  Each group consists of one secre-

tary and up to three manager extensions.

Maximum eight groups can be set in the system.  When a group is set up by the system programming, call

coverage is activated by a manager’s extension.

When the secretary passes a call to the manager whose extension is busy, call waiting will be generated at

the manager’s extension and the secretary can notify her manager.
