Using the extension box and distributor

Important:

When using bus wiring, do not connect wires from main monitors to the terminals on the rear of the lobby
station's button modules.

When connecting to an extension box:

–

Set all DIP switches of the extension box (VL-V703) to off.

–

Do not connect wires to connectors 2 to 4 for the V700/VM701 on the extension box (VL-V703).

–

Cannot monitor from the main monitor.
Set DIP switch "8" for the lobby station to the "on" position (prohibits monitoring; page 40).

Wiring is non-polarised.
