VESA assemble process
For smaller and medium flat panels, LCD monitors and screens from 12" to 22.9"
diagonal, and falling in a weight range up to 30.8 lbs. (14 kg): 75mm x 75 mm or
100 mm x 100 mm (2.95" x 2.95" or 3.94" x 3.94")
For larger monitors with viewing screen from 23" to 30.9" diagonally, weight range
up to 50 lbs.: VESA 200mm x 100mm and 200mm x 200mm
For large Plasma screens and LCD TV displays 31" to 90" diagonal, but weights
not greater than 250 lbs. there are various hole patterns in 200 mm increments:
400mm x 200mm, or 600mm x 400mm, or 800mm x 400mm
The above data is suggested specification; the standard accessory do not include a VESA, customer
need to purchase from out sources.
Step1, check and make sure the wall is strong enough to hold the TV.
Before assemble the VESA, make sure the wall is strong enough for TV. Some wall is
empty inner for cost down in house fitment, if in this condition you can only put TV on
table. The requested load force of wall must 4 times more than the TV weights.
After VESA assemble, the wall mast not tear down in 10 degrees’ slope from the TV.
Step2, check the environment of using condition
First comes the humidity, all TV cannot bear too much wetness. Especially the liquid
crystal screen and PCB inner TV model, water and dust/fiber may cause short circuit.
Second comes the sunlight, too much light/heat may speedup the liquid crystal and
plastic ageing. Third comes the distance, the best viewing distance for a TV set is 3-5
times from its size.
Step3, VESA selection
Though the LED TV is lighter from CRT, we still request to pick some strong structure.
Or we will pay a lot of lose in case of failure.
