Discontinue using the appliance immediately and unplug the Cord in cases of
abnormal situations and breaking down.
Example of abnormal operation or breaking down:
• The Power Plug and the Cord become abnormally hot.
• The Cord is damaged or there has been a power failure.
• The main Body is deformed or abnormally hot.
• The appliance gives out smoke or scorching smell.
• There are cracks, looseness or wobbles of the appliance.
• The Heating Plate is warped or the Pan is deformed.
Please unplug the appliance immediately and contact Panasonic authorized
Service Centre for immediate inspection and repair.

Unplug the Power Plug, and wipe
with a dry cloth.
Clean the Power Plug regularly.
Insert the Power Plug firmly.
Do not use a broken Power Plug or
a loose power outlet.
(Otherwise it may cause an
electric shock and fire caused by
the heat that may generate around
the Power Plug.)
Make sure the voltage supplying to the
appliance is the same as your local
supply.
(It may cause an electric shock

Close supervision is necessary when the
appliance is used by or near children or
persons handicapped in any manner.
The Instrument Plug must be removed
before the appliance is cleaned and that
the Rice Cooker Socket must be dried
before the appliance is used again.
