How to Use (Rice Cooking)
1.
Measure rice with the Measuring Cup provided (refer to the
Specifications table on page 11). Wash the rice in a
s
eparate bowl until water is relatively clear.

Put the washed rice into the Pan. Add water accordin
g to the water level indicator on the Pan.
For example, when c
o
oking 5 cups of rice, pour water until water level indicator “5”.
•
Put the Pan on a hard, flat and stable surface to add water.
•
Hot water is not recommended for cooking as it may result in soggy rice.
The water level indicator of the Pan is for reference. Adjust the amount of water to your personal taste.
Level the rice evenly after water adjustment is completed.
3.
Place the Pan into the Body. Make sure that the Pan is
directly in contact with Heating Plate by
turning it slightly to the right and to the left un
t
il it sits properly.
4.
Close the Outer Lid until it clicks.
Please make sure that the Steam Cap and the Inner L
i
d is properly attached.
NOTE: If the Outer Lid is not securely closed, cook
ing efficiency will be affected.
5.
Attach the Instrument Plug to the Rice Cooker Socket and insert the
Power Plug to the power outlet.
NOTE: Do not plug in until just before
start to co
o
k.
6.
Press the Switch Button down to start cooking.

NOTE: If the outer surface of the Pan is wet, it may cause a cracking
noise when the appliance heats up. This may

appliance, so make sure that it is in dry condition befor

NOTE: If the Pan is not placed in the Body, the S

itch Button cannot
be engaged when pressed down.
Be aware of the hot steam comes out from the Steam Cap on
top of the Outer Lid during cooking.
Do not cover the Outer Lid with a cloth or a
nything during
cooking or keeping warm because deformation or
discoloration may occur.
