Cleaning and Lubricating the Cleaning Unit

This unit is for cleaning the rear side of mask, picking up the solder remained in the opening of
mask.

Turn off the power.

Open the front and center safety
covers.

Clean the Y-axis linear bearing, linear
bearing of pickup, and toggle lamp,
and apply grease or lubricate.

1.Y-axis linear bearing

Lubricate the sliding unit.

2.Linear bearing of pickup

Apply grease to the rail.

3.Toggle lamp

Apply grease to the toggle lamp.
